We speak directly to pension schemes, insurers, charities, family offices, wealth managers and the consultants who advise them. There is no call centre and no sales team between you and the investment team. Write to us, call us or use the form below, and a named person will reply.
What happens next
- We read your message the same day. A partner decides who is best placed to reply, usually the portfolio manager of the strategy you asked about.
- We reply within two working days. If we need more detail about your objectives, we will ask for it then.
- We meet if it makes sense. In person in St James's or by video. If none of our strategies fits what you need, we will say so at the first conversation rather than the third.
